Kevin & Elizabeth welcome you to the Dell House, a distinctive 19th-Century former rectory. It nestles at the foot of the Malvern Hills, access to which is 2 minutes walk away. It is the perfect place for a relaxing break.

Being to the south of Malvern, the Dell House is ideally located for walking the area around British Camp iron age fort; the Three Counties Showground, and the local towns of Ledbury and Upton-upon-Severn and its festivals.

Great Malvern is only a few minutes away, with its theatres and railway station. Alternatively you can just enjoy the peace and quiet of the two acres of wooded garden and its magnificent specimen trees.

The house offers comfortable and spacious en-suite B&B rooms with views over the Severn valley. We offer a wide range of breakfasts including innovative vegetarian and vegan options (Elizabeth is vegetarian), with an emphasis on using local, free-range, organic and/or fairly traded ingredients.

The spacious lounge, dining and function rooms make this an excellent venue for celebrations, meetings, events and small conventions. The function room has a large screen TV and sound system. Each bedroom also has a small TV.

There is off-road, level parking for 8-10 cars.

Accommodation
All bedrooms are en-suite and all on the first floor (see our website for access details). There is a ground floor self catering unit that can be used for B&B if needed.

* The Red Room has a king-sized double bed, a bath with shower over, and glorious views to the south. It is spacious enough to accommodate a third guest on a folding bed if required.

* The Blue Room has a standard-size double bed and ensuite shower. It shares the great views.

* The Green Room is our twin room, with two 3ft single divan beds and a shower.

* The Yellow room is the single room with a shower.
